Who Is Jennifer M Campbell?
My passion for people, learning and transformation is underpinned by a deep intuitive sense, teamed with practical wisdom. I work collaboratively to design and facilitate professional development opportunities which transform individuals and organisations. 

Maybe when you started working your experience was , and still is, like mine. You were encouraged to leave your personal life at the door. I have found, this kind of view, creates workplaces in which people act without thought for each other, some even became inhumane 'company men and women', who would act in ways inconsistent with their personal values. I believe these dehumanised workplaces have become toxic and unproductive. When people don’t feel safe, and don’t feel like their colleagues have their back, they become defensive, shutdown and negative, often resulting diminished performance leading to lower profitability. This permeates the culture and create environments in which people barely survive, and never thrive. We can do better! 

When you work with me, this is what you will experience. My manner is inclusive, and I weave together mainstream and alternative approaches to help organisations prosper. I'll take a systems view and seek to understand your unique workplace, before developing strategies and providing practical solutions. I help bring people back into their hearts and embrace their humanity within the workplace so your business can flourish because this creates a safe and heartfelt environment in which your people can excel.

I believe it is possible for us all to work in new ways, which support people and help businesses prosper. We want motivated, enthusiastic staff, who are committed to their workplace. Businesses want staff who are aligned, committed and motivated. Well, motivation comes from emotion which is a heart space.

My strength is to speak to the heart of the people and organisation, inspiring everyone to connect with each other, in understanding and appreciation. This ignites or strengthens the ‘spark’ and has the light come on people's eyes, which has people wanting to contribute and go the extra mile, because they care.  For CEOs and business owners, this is one of the primary benefits for their businesses, increasing productivity, performance and profitability.

I teach professionals to bring the strength of their humanity back into the workplace. Many professionals have been told to stop feeling and use their heads, in many cases, this leads to total imbalance and a disconnection with their hearts. In our hearts we hold great wisdom, compassion and love.  This being the place of magic – inspiration, motivation, enthusiasm, commitment and loyalty all spring from the heart. 

Having four brothers, I learnt early in life to get along with ‘blokes’, and to present information in a way men, and women  can understand and value. One of my greatest strengths is to encourage people to be more compassionate and connected, resulting in better business performance, less tension and conflict, and increased profitability. It would be fair to say, I help diverse groups of people better understand and appreciate each other. 

My experience working across five continents, with literally thousands of people, the one thing they all have in common, is their desire to connect and contribute.
